I filed a lawsuit in downtown Los Angeles on November 9th, 2011
Case # BC473185 related to The OJ Simpson Case and Saga, Occupy L.A.
and More......

On November 17th, 2011, there were media reports here in Los Angeles and on TV,
on the radio, and on the Internet that there was going to be a hearing for a
Temporary Restraining Order that was to be heard the next day regarding

As I watched on TV that evening I wondered to myself>>>Hmmmmm....

Then, the next day the reports were that the "ACTIVIST" and Occupy L.A. DIDN'T SHOW UP.

It was ALL-OVER the Internet and in the media that the "ACTIVIST" didn't show-up.

THEN, I find out a few days later that it was "ME" that didn't show-up>>>WTH????????
And the ONLY news outlet that reported that it was me that didn't show-up was the
Hispanic newspaper here in los Angeles la Opinion. How in the world can La Opinion be
the only news outlet to report that it was "ME" thatt didn't show-up.
Could it "Possiby" be that it had to do with my personal involvement in The OJ Simpson Case
and Saga and a "WHOLE LOT MORE"????????? I would think so.

On the other hand, Bátiz informed that only yesterday positions against two demonstrators stopped in one of the
two marches of Thursday by resistance to the arrest appeared.
The defendant are Adam Diaz, of 31 years, and one woman whom its name identified like Jane Doe did not give,
of 21 years; who could face a year in prison and a fine of 1.000 dollars."

WELL, there is ONE HUGE PROBLEM WITH THIS. I "DID NOT" file for this hearing. Someone
(a man by the name of Chris "CR" Legal Sr.) said that they were me (False Impersonation) and was in an
Illegal and Criminal Conspiracy with other Occupy Los Angeles people to ride the curtails of my
lawsuit Case # BC473185, UNREAL AND UNBELIEVABLE.........An Attorney by the name
of Peter Thottam also contacted me regarding this matter.

On November 28th, 2011 I decided to find out for sure what was going on in this matter. I went to the
Superior Courthouse Downtown and while I am standing in line waiting to get in, this Chris "CR" Legal Sr. leaves
a voice mail message informing me that there is an Ex-Parte hearing the next day regarding Occupy LA and
what was my availability, and more.......WTH??????? After leaving the courthouse and Department 86
I went back to the Occupy LA Campsite and I spoke with several Occupy Los Angeles So-Called-Leaders
and for sure they "DUMMIED-UP" and knew nothing..... Yea Right........
That did it for me. I went to The City Attorney's office across the street from The Los Angeles City Hall
and I wanted to find out what the heck was going on. I finally got to speak with 2 ladies. I met with
Assistant City Attorney Valerie Flores and Deputy City Attorney Juliann Anderson and they told me that this
Chris "CR" Legal Sr. had come in to the City Attorney's office a few weeks ago saying he was me
giving them a whole bunch of paperwork and that they were informed that they were notified about the
Tempory Restraining Order hearing on November 18th, 2011. AND this Chris "CR" Legal Sr. is
AFRICAN AMERICAN>>>>saying he was Me Mario Nitrini >>>>>>UNREAL......GOOD GRIEF.
This Chris "CR" Legal Sr. from what he told me, was in the legal Committee of Occupy Los Angeles.
And Ms. Anderson then tells me that this Chris "CR" Legal Sr. Guy came in and informed the City Attorney's office
that there was going to be this Ex-Parte hearing and again saying he was me.
No one can make this stuff up.
I'd really had it then. Ms. Anderson wanted me to sign a declaration and I said I would and I
wanted to file a Criminal Complaint against Chris "CR" Legal Sr. and other conspirators. I went across
the street and filed a criminal complaint with officer K. Study Badge # 25521. Then I took the the complaint
back to Ms. Anderson, signed the declaration and gave her a copy of the Police Complaint.

The next day LAPD Detective Brosnan ( Phone # 213-972-1228) calls me for more information regarding this.
I have phone calls in for a return call from LAPD Detective Brosnan and L.A. Deputy City Attorney
Ms. Juliann Anderson (Phone # 213-978-8124.) and I am hoping that they will follow-up with me.

During the day on November 28th, 2011 I had a brief chance meeting with Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck.
We both agreed on a truce with me and The LAPD and others, based on a Legally depending situation......
It was a positive meeting.
At this time, I am in a Neutral state (LEGALLY DEPENDING) regarding this statement I made:

I married a lady, (Estranged from me now and now is divorcing me),
who was born in The Phillippines, in March of 2002. Her and I started
the process of getting her a Green Card a few weeks later. Part of
that process is to file (with at that time was The INS) Federal Tax Returns
with The INS-(aka-The Immigration and Naturalization Service). We filed my
Federal Tax Returns along with many other document's. I also filed My
Federal Tax Returns (California included) with The Internal Revenue Service.
A few years later she got her Green Card (Permanent Resident Status).
I also got her 2 children, who were also born in The Phillippines, Green Cards.
For years, The Internal Revenue Service sent me threatening letters
saying they hadn't received my Tax Returns and MORE..... Now how
could I have possibly gotton 3 Green Cards for Rachelle Bedia Nitrini and her
2 children without filing my Federal Tax Returns with California included?
SOMEONE, ANYONE don't tell me that Homeland Security and The Internal
Revenue Service and The State of California do not CROSS-REFERENCE Tax Returns
when someone is trying to get Permanent Resident Status (a Green card)

It is very, very difficult. Even the good guy cops protect the bad guy cops for their perception/belief it is for the greater good. Judge Dale S. Fischer has granted a hearing for Pellicano to explore

misconduct by The Feds regarding Sandra Carradine.

At the Restraining order hearing on October 29, 2007,

Cheryl Shuman DID NOT SHOW UP. Bill Pavelic told the Bailiff

that Shuman was in Ohio getting Cancer Treatment's. But how

can that be? Cheryl Shuman went on YouTube and said she

DIDN'T HAVE CANCER. I really want to see how Bill Pavelic

is going to LIE HIS WAY OUT OF THIS ONE.

Yesterday, I had some correspondence that finally answered some
questions for me, but it is FRIGHTENING...........for me .

I have wondered for a long time WHY Rocky Bateman, Dale St. John,
and Allan Park would not go public about certain situations they
were involved in regarding The OJ Simpson Case.

WELL,

I had it right about Nicole Simpson getting ready to go to
Law Enforcement and "Expose" OJ Simpson and others back in
June of 1994, but I just didn't know HOW DEEP the situation was
until yesterday.

I need to state this for the record:
OJ Simpson DID make a confession in his book "If I DID It," and his
accomplice "CHARLIE" is a real person. For those "CERTAIN" people
reading this,
I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN MENTION "CHARLIE"
AT ANY TIME, PLACE, OR WHATEVER SETTING, NEVER.........
And this is for the safety of my family members.

Back in November 0f 2004, Bill Wasz tried to get me to contact
Anthony Pellicano while Pellicano was incarcerated at The Federal Prison

One week before Bill was murdered, he sent me an E-mail photos 1st scan
on March 6th, 2005 at 12:01 AM, with the subject Title "Be Nice,"

With the E-mail's that Paul Barresi sent me this morning, and with this message

Gil Garcetti and others in the State of California Government, and along with certain people in The Federal Government, with Retail Companies, have covered-up a MAJOR, MAJOR, MAJOR Situation with this Company called "Mr. Bath Bear" (Pertkit). Certain people and Government Organizations have Illegally retaliated against me because of this. This was a children's toy. I worked for this company, "Mr Bath Bear," in 1991 through some of 1992. Some of the sponges had "TOXIC POISON" in them and other harmful Chemical's added, for reasons, to make the toy grow in water, and then shrink back to it's normal size. The Toy was sold by me to companies like Nordstroms, Sears, Jacobson's Department Store's, The Mercantile Group, Longs Drugs, Fedco, Albertsons, and MANY MORE Retail outlet's..........I can go on and on........... I've got this Documented BIG-TIME (Invoices, Ect, LOT'S), and, The product was sold after a certain time period by certain retail outlet's "WITHOUT," and I repeat, "WITHOUT" Product Liability Insurance. Another words, The Product Liability Insurance ran out, and the product was sold by MANY Retail Outlet's after the Product Liability Insurance ran out. When I found out, I told Many People, Certain Government Organizations, and Companies about this, but no one did anything about it for whatever Greedy, Illegal Reasons, and MORE. I am Talking $$$$$ BILLIONS and BILLIONS of $$$$$$$$ Dollars in Potential lawsuits, Very Possible Negligent Criminal Homicide Indictment's, Criminal and Illegal Cover-up, and MORE. Certain people and Organizations have tried to have me WIPED OFF the Face of the earth just for this Situation alone. It's a Very Complex Situation.

ANYONE, AND I MEAN ANYONE, that has ever had his or her child, or children play, Chew on, or come in contact with this toy, they need to get them to a doctor, FAST. THIS IS SERIOUS.

I gave Daniel Nicherie information that, if Mr. Nicherie was innocent of the charges leveled against him in The Pellicano Indictment, he wouldn't have said this to me:

It is NOT my intention to get into a legal dispute with The Feds, but I got Certain Internal Revenue people LYING with their own paperwork, and I can prove it VERY EASILY, and I have copies in several different places, just-in-case........If everyone knows what I mean.

And I legally got other "Government people" (Federal and State) caught in their lies.

SO, if The Internal Revenue Service, The Federal Government, and The State of California feel that they have to attack me Illegally, so-be-it, I have the legal "MATERIALS" to legally defend myself, LEGALLY-TO-THE-MAX................ It's a LOSE-LOSE situation for all three of us, The Feds, The State of California and myself. It would be legally best for EVERYONE INVOLVED in these situations to stay calm and not make any STUPID MOVES. DOES EVERYONE LEGALLY UNDERSTAND? I Legally hope so.

Now, I have a big lump in my throat, it hurts, it's red, and I have been told that it could be cancer. I am going to the doctor next week to have it checked out. My headaches are back in full-force again, and my asthma is acting up again. But you know what? I can still legally defend myself, TO-THE-MAX.......................

So, Faith Evans and Voletta Wallace, via attorney Bradley C. Gage and his law firm, are putting more legal pressure on The LAPD and The City of Los Angeles. "Whatever" happens in these lawsuit's can only help me in pursuit of my Legal Justice.

I met with Brad Gage in his Woodland Hills, California office, at the beginning of May, 2006, and gave him more of my OJ Simpson Case Paperwork, and a couple of audio tapes. The glasses, which are eyeglasses, are a pair of .99 cent store eyeglasses. Awfully considerate of Mr. Gage to save them for me>>>>>>>>>>NOT

He says he couldn't find my E-mail address? BALONEY. I E-mailed Mr Gage several times. An E-mail search IS NOT THAT HARD, even for Brad Gage.

What he really wanted were some "MATERIALS" I have related to Chuck Philips, Anthony Pellicano, and Suge Knight. If Bradley C. Gage wants anymore of my materials, He'll have to Subpeona them.

Now in part of another E-mail I sent to Mr. Gage, I asked him this:

So here's some more of the information that LAPD RHD Detective Ronald Y Ito covered-up of mine from The Defense in The OJ Simpson Case Criminal Trial:

During one of our Conversations, Ito (in an Agitated Voice) asked me if I had talked to Simpson's Criminal trial Defense team (His Exact Words were DEFENSE ATTORNEY'S). I told Ito that I had tried MANY, MANY Times to talk to some of OJ Simpson's Attorney's, friend's, business partner's, ect, ect, Whoever they were, but EVERYTIME I was Chased away, "one way or the other."

I told Ito, that for a few seconds, I was on the Phone with Carl Douglas (One of OJ Simpson's criminal case lawyers). Ito asked me what I talked to Douglas about, and I told Ito, "NOT MUCH." But I did tell Ito that I talked to a person (a Lady) in Johnnie Cochran's Office, when Mr Cochran's office was on Wilshire Blvd in 1994, for about a Half an hour, before Douglas got on the phone and hung the phone up on me.

During My 1st conversation with Detective Ronald Y. Ito, one of the thing's I told Ito was that there was a "Plot" to steal as much as OJ Simpson's money as certain people could. Ito was not interested at all about this "Plot" that I talked to him about, He was "REALLY" Focused on Rocky Bateman. I could tell in the tone of Detective Ito's voice that he "SMELLED" something big in The OJ Simpson Case. And, it was Deja Vu............ in The Robert Blake Criminal Trial Case.

Dale St. John has stated in an interview that he drove Marlon Brando in his Limousine. WELL, that's correct. Here are some people connection's. Christain Brando's father, Marlon Brando, employed Robert Shapiro, who was Christian Brando's attorney in the murder of Dag Drollet. Bill Pavelic worked for Robert Shapiro as an investigator, and Anthony Pellicano was/is a CLEAN-UP-GUY. I will go into detail with this situaton in another blog. All is not what it appeared to be in the murder of Dag Drollet.

The OJ Simpson Case--Craig Fawcett, para-legal, stole my money

Before I get into Part 3 of my witness hiding series in The OJ Simpson Case and Saga, this is one situation concerning how I have tried to get legal justice for myself regarding my personal involvement in The OJ Simpson Case and Saga, other cases, and other situation's.

I have legally tried so many "things" to get certain people on a witness stand in a legal court of law for years. Well, many, many people CAN'T/CANNOT go on the witness stand with me asking the question's and many have avoided that prospect for many reasons....For years I wanted to bring a Civil Lawsuit against many people to get them on the witness stand and get Legal Justice for myself.. Legal Justice comes in many forms...A Civil lawsuit and judgement is just one.

In May of 2004, I decided again I wanted to File a Lawsuit. What stopped me for years from doing this? Reasons. One being I don't trust very many people. So I decided again to try and to represent myself as my own ATTORNEY. I got in the yellow pages again and called some people I had talked to before. These were para-legals just doing the paperwork. I just don't know how to do it myself, and when I file, I wanted the filings to be all at once. I finally talked to a man by the name of CRAIG FAWCETT who owns a para-legal company by the name of EQUAL JUSTICE in Los Angeles (on his business card, Fawcett list's the address of his Los Angeles office as 6600 Topanga Cyn. Blvd. #119, Canoga Park, Ca. 91303, and his Ventura County address he list's as 2724 Baywater Place, Thousand Oaks, Ca. 91362).

On the phone he assured me that it would be confidential (it definitely turned out it WAS NOT confidential), so I decided to meet with him. I gave him some of my OJ Simpson Case paperwork so he could look over what he was going to put in My Lawsuit. I also gave him $850.00 dollars, CASH, which was PAID-IN-FULL for his services. But, many times, I do my work in SECTIONS, thank goodness. He (Fawcett) started calling me and saying he needed more documentation and notes to finish the paperwork, and I smelled a RAT. I had told him to just do the basics because I would fill in the blanks (for obvious reasons for my protection). He insisted he needed more paper work (there's more behind this). I called him and asked if I could have his permission to tape record our conversation. He agreed. Nothing like "IT" in somebody's own words. I caught him lying.

After this Phone Call, I never heard another word from him again, and he still has my money. Does Craig Fawcett think he's going to Illegally steal $850.00 Dollars from me? NO WAY. Somewhere down the road, I am going to LEGALLY NAIL para-legal and conniving criminal Craig Fawcett. I have a reciept from him and I have paperwork from him, that in it reads:
Received $850.00 cash from Mario Nitrini for civil lawsuit paper regarding the continuing criminal conspiacy against Mario Nitrini because of the OJ Simpson saga-the Michael Jackson investigations and other situations... He has his handwriting on it, filling in the blanks, and I also have a RECIEPT from him he mailed to me saying I Paid him $850.00 dollars, and MORE.............

Judge Lance Ito, Johnnie Cochran, and Christopher Darden conversing:

"THE COURT: All right. Mr. Cochran, you had one other matter.

MR. COCHRAN: Yes, your Honor.

THE COURT: Thank you.

MR. COCHRAN: The Court will recall yesterday that the Court had instructed the People to give us the list of their remaining witnesses at nine o'clock today.

THE COURT: Yes.

MR. COCHRAN: And we are 9:18 now.

THE COURT: We are curious?

MR. COCHRAN: Yes. We want to know so I'm just calling to inquire on that.

MR. DARDEN: Your Honor, Mr. Hodgman will be down a little later in the morning with that information at about 10:30, if that is okay."

Johnnie Cochran was Sweating it out as was OJ Simpson.

This is Judge Lance Ito talking to one of The OJ Simpson Criminal Case Prosecutor's, Bill Hodgman, on June 28th, 1995:

"THE COURT: Back on the record in the Simpson matter. All parties are again present. We also have present with us Deputy District Attorney William Hodgman. Good morning, Mr. Hodgman.
MR. HODGMAN: Good morning, your Honor.

THE COURT: Do you have some word for us?

MR. HODGMAN: Well, I have some words in the sense that I have a request. There are certain things going on, your Honor, that I am supervising and coordinating at the moment. I was going to ask the Court for tomorrow morning because we should have these things resolved by tomorrow morning. They are very late breaking and the investigative efforts will be determinative."

This testimony above that I posted in The OJ Simpson Case Criminal trial was all-about Rocky Bateman, that's a FACT. I know.............. The Prosecution were all ready to "USE" Rocky Bateman to frame OJ Simpson (LOT'S behind this). When the article that Bill Boyarsky wrote on me came out in The L.A. Times on June 23rd, 1995 about some of my personal involvement in The Oj Simpson Case, from what I heard, certain prosecution people "FLIPPED OUT," and MORE.........Everyone can read this L.A. Times article on my link that has some of My Legal Documents from The OJ Simpson Case and Saga. Please scroll down near the bottom.

"ODDLY," or/well, NOT oddly enough, Bill Hodgman's next response to the court regarding this matter "IS NOT" in the Walraven transcript's, but I watched it live. Bill Hodgman told the court, with words to the effect, that the prosecution was NOT going to pursue, as Hodgman put it, this "very late breaking and the investigative efforts." Then, as I recall, Bill Hodgman had the records SEALED, or in perfect terms, COVERED-UP.

Marcia Clark on June 29th, 1995, addressing The Court (Judge Lance Ito):

"MS. CLARK: With respect to--let me first start out with the report then. First of all, you know, Mr. Cochran has argued to this Court in bad faith. He is very well aware of the fact that the Prosecution did not know about this report until it came to the attention at the same time that it did for the Defense, at which point I readily agreed it should be turned over. I had never seen it. I did not direct that it be prepared, I did not know the research was going on. I found out about the report last night and immediately turned it over. That is a far cry from the egregious and willful violations perpetrated on us by the Defense throughout this case, hiding witnesses, hiding reports. And what is very important to point out, Mr. Cochran read your words, but he obviously did not understand them. The words that he read stated that conclusions that are reached by expert witnesses must be turned over. Conclusions of this witness were indeed turned over. And this Court also stated that if instructions were given not to prepare reports, preclusion would be the remedy."

But, As did OJ Simpson's side in his criminal case Illegally cover-up Rocky Bateman, so did the Prosecution Illegally cover-up Rocky Bateman in Simpson's Criminal Case. And of course, this leads to LAPD RHD Detective Ronald Y. Ito. And in part 3 of this series, Detective Ito is my LEGAL FOCUS...................

Also in part 3, I will talk about The Rocky Bateman/Anthony Pellicano/Dale St. John people connection's, and that's going to expose, well gotta wait for part 3. It will be information that I have NEVER made public.

The OJ Simpson Case--June 14th, 1994---Witness hiding.........

When I found out about The Murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, and that was on June 14th, 1994, I started my Own Investigation into Their Murders, on the Premise of OJ Simpson being Not Guilty.

I said to myself:
"Rocky (being Rocky Bateman) had told me that there were people that had a plot to steal OJ Simpson's money. I've got to look into this."
On another blog I will talk about "The Hood Gang" plotting to steal OJ Simpson's money.

I have been asked:
"if Rocky Bateman can be so bad for OJ's cause, why didn't the prosecution in BOTH trials use him?"

Well, , the MAIN Reason The Prosecution in both The OJ Simpson Case Criminal Trial and Civil Trial couldn't USE Rocky Bateman, is because it would have Opened the Door to DETECTIVE RONALD Y. ITO. And it wasn't a Matter of The Prosecution Using Rocky. In the Criminal trial, The Defense Tried to Hide Rocky in Oklahoma. Rocky would have been a Hostile Witness for The Prosecution.

On January 26th, 1995, Marcia Clark said this in court:

" "WHY DIDN'T THE PEOPLE TELL YOU ABOUT THIS WITNESS? WHY DIDN'T THE PEOPLE TELL YOU ABOUT THAT WITNESS?" THERE'S A REAL SIMPLE ANSWER FOR THAT. THEY HID THOSE WITNESSES. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO TELL THE JURY ABOUT WITNESSES THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT, WITNESSES THAT THE COURT ORDERED THEM TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO DIVULGE AND WILLFULLY THEY TOLD THIS COURT THEY HAD NO SUCH WITNESSES. SEVEN MONTHS OLD THESE STATEMENTS ARE. SEVEN MONTHS OLD THESE NAMES ARE. AND ONLY ON THE VERY DAY OF HIS STATEMENT TO THE JURY DO WE FIND THEM OUT AND AT THE CLOSE OF THE DAY NO LESS. MR. DARDEN WILL ADDRESS THAT FURTHER. I AM GOING TO ADDRESS THE COURT SOLELY ON ONE ASPECT AT THIS POINT, AND THAT IS THAT WE ARE GOING TO ASK THE COURT AT FIRST BLUSH, BEFORE OPENING STATEMENTS ARE RESUMED, TO ADMONISH THE JURY, TO TELL THE JURY THAT THEY ARE TO DISREGARD THE STATEMENTS MADE NOT BY MR. COCHRAN CONCERNING THE WITNESSES THAT WERE NOT -- THAT WERE IMPROPERLY WITHHELD FROM THE PROSECUTION AND TO ADMONISH THE JURY IN EFFECT THAT THE WITHHOLDING OF THAT INFORMATION WAS MISCONDUCT, WAS IN VIOLATION OF A COURT ORDER AND IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW THAT REQUIRES BOTH SIDES TO EXCHANGE THEIR WITNESSES AND THEIR STATEMENTS. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS THAT, YOUR HONOR, I KNOW THE DEFENSE IS ARGUING, "WELL, WE GAVE THEM THE NAMES OF THE WITNESSES." YES. THEY GAVE US NO ADDRESS, THEY GAVE US NO PHONE NUMBER AND THEY GAVE US NO STATEMENT."

The OJ Simpson Case---How It All Started---For Me

How It All Started

At a family wedding in Mid-November, 1993, my Ex-in-Law, Rocky Bateman and I, were in THE LIMOUSINE. Rocky told me that he had overheard Nicole Simpson and some of her Girl friends the month before, talking, while Rocky Was driving them to LAX in THE LIMO, having a Discussion (Plotting) about Stealing as much as OJ Simpson's money as they could. Rocky relayed the Info to OJ, and OJ asked Rocky if he Knew of Anyone who would/could follow Nicole and, according to Rocky, OJ Simpson said: "Find Out who these people were, and, Something had to be done about it." So, in THE LIMO in Mid-November, 1993, Rocky asks me to Follow Nicole. I Declined. Rocky Again asked me at the end of December, 1993, at a Place called Ico-Plex here in The San Fernando Valley, to follow Nicole. Again, I Declined. When I found out about The Murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, and that was on June 14th, 1994, I started my Own Investigation into Their Murders, on the Premise of OJ Simpson being Not Guilty. As of that day, June 14th, 1994, for me, WHAT A RIDE.

Being street smart helped me so much when I would go out and investigate. I could go into places that most every person in the world has never heard about.

I had tried so many times in a period of about 6 months, starting in July of 1994 in contacting members of OJ Simpson's Defense team, some of Simpson's acquintences, business partners, ect......................Every time, ultimately, they chased me away, and I wondered, WHY?

Towards the end of November, 1994, I went to this church and told some people there that I had some information that possibly could exonerate OJ Simpson of double murder, but in the process, his people kept chasing me away.

The people at the church called the cops on me. A police officer named Shelly Gayle (SP) came to the church in Sun Valley to interview me. This was the first time that I mentioned Rocky Bateman's name to anyone. I spoke with Gayle for about 45 minute's. Officer Gayle tape recorded our conversation.

Anyway, 5 weeks later, my wife at the time got a phone call from a Detective Ronald Y. Ito. Ito told her that they didn't even have Rocky Bateman driving OJ Simpson. When she told me this, I said WTH? Impossible. Ito told my wife at the time he wanted me to contact him.

Well, 3 hours later I contacted him and I tape recorded him. I have Detective Ronald Y. Ito on tape several other times in different conversations with him I had on different days.

Detective Ronald Y. Ito was a lead chaser for the prosecution in The OJ Simpson Case criminal trial. Detective Ito and others Criminally and Illegally Suppressed ALL of the information I gave to him (Ito), Them, from the defense in OJ Simpson's criminal trial. Ito covered-up parts of Rampart concerning the murders of Tupac and Biggie Smalls. Ito lied in The Robert Blake Cases, and, on a tape entered into evidence in the Blake Civil trial, Ito deliberately (deja vu) did not follow up on a lead given to him by Brian Allen Fiebelkorn that possibly could have lead to other killers and not Blake.
