An interesting Legal Happening in The Anthony Pellicano Federal Indictment Case,

Judge Dale S. Fischer has granted a hearing for Pellicano to explore

misconduct by The Feds regarding Sandra Carradine.

At the Restraining order hearing on October 29, 2007,

Cheryl Shuman DID NOT SHOW UP.  Bill Pavelic told the Bailiff

that Shuman was in Ohio getting Cancer Treatment's.  But how

can that be?  Cheryl Shuman went on YouTube and said she

DIDN'T HAVE CANCER.  I really want to see how Bill Pavelic

is going to LIE HIS WAY OUT OF THIS ONE.

OH, and I was legally ready for Bill Pavelic.  Pavelic said on The

Court TV Message Boards, and I quote Pavelic:

"If called to testify, I will state that a person by the name of Mario G. Nitrini

was never on any of the high profile cases, that I was involved with....and....

that I never spoke to or received information whatsoever from a Mr. Nitrini 

regarding Det. Ito or Rocky Bateman."

So Bill Pavelic NEVER TALKED TO ME ON THE TELEPHONE?

And of course when it comes to me, the cover-up is NEVER ENDING.

Andrew Coffey of "Market News First" Called me and told me 

that OJ Simpson Co-defendant Charles "Charlie" Ehrlich, in this latest 

OJ Simpson Case Saga, was shopping a tabloid deal where Ehrlich will

confess that he is the "Charlie" (Accomplice) on the night of

June 12th, 1994 (the murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman)

and helped OJ Simpson in the murders.  Well Andrew Coffey

tells me that he has RAW VIDEO FOOTAGE of Charlie Ehrlich

telling him that he was there the night of June 12, 1994, and MORE...

 and Coffey wanted me to shop a tabloid deal for him (Coffey) especially with 

The TMZ website.  So, I checked around.

I talked with KTTV Channel 11 Fox news senior correspondant

Chris Blatchford several times and Chris told me he talked directly

to Andrew Coffey.  Andrew Coffey has a major contact at CNN (Jeanie Moos).

According to Andrew Coffey in one of his E-mails to me, this

situation is eventually going to come out.
